Shipping Policy

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver every order in perfect condition, on time.

Shipping worldwide is free. For cash-on-delivery orders, the courier will usually call before delivery. If you are unavailable, you can call back and arrange re-delivery. Three attempts are made before an order returns to us.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once payment is verified, processing begins almost immediately, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 11am IST ship the next business day. An order placed after 11am IST on Saturday will typically ship the following Monday.

Every piece passes a quality check before it is packed securely and handed to our delivery partner.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We aim to deliver domestic orders within 3–7 business days. During festivals, adverse weather, or other disruptions, shipments may be delayed by our courier partners. We appreciate your patience.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied when the shipment reaches your country — typically around 20% of the merchandise value, though this varies by destination. Contact your local customs office for exact figures.

Roderico Giuliani cannot control and is not responsible for duties or taxes applied to your package. You are responsible for customs clearance charges. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, or where the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
