REPAIRS & WARRANTY

For repair work of watches and sunglasses, follow below guidelines 

Guidelines for Repair:

• To request a repair, please fill out the form on this link .
• Once we approve your request, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address as soon as possible. Please ensure that you are ready to hand over the product, otherwise the request will be cancelled.
• If your pincode is not covered by our courier partner, you will have to ship the product back to us at your own expense and we will credit you Rs 149 as store credit.
• After we receive the product, If your item is covered by the warranty the item will be repaired and sent back free of charge. For repairs not covered by the warranty you will receive an estimate of cost to approve before any work is carried out.
• Once the pickup is done, repair shall get processed within 18-20 business days.

Please do not send your original packaging as it will not be returned. we highly recommend that you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment. RODERICO GIULIANI is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.

Your watch is warranted for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty.  The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of original invoice is required for proof of purchase. The warranty covers the watch movement, hands and dial only. The covered components will be repaired or the watch replaced free of component and labor charged if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch.  If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.

This warranty does not cover:

• Any defect in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
• Water damage if care instructions for the product's water resistance levels (as marked on the product) were not followed.
• Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized sales or service agents, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is void if the serial number or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.

Your sunglasses is warranted for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty.  The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Any defect in materials and workmanship of such as, but not limited to, scratches or pit marks on the lens and/or the frame.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
• Improper use or storage of the sunglasses or handling of the sunglasses that is otherwise inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your sunglasses.
• Any damages caused by your use of chemicals (such as, but not limited to, hair spray, cologne, alcohol)
• Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer.

For a Roderico Giuliani watch with a Japanese quartz movement, routine servicing isn’t required. Just replace the battery when it runs out, typically every few years. Enjoy the reliability of your watch without frequent maintenance needs. 

Your Roderico Giuliani watch is splash-proof but not designed for swimming or diving. Wearing it in the pool may void the warranty.

• Avoid Water Damage: Even though our watches are splash-proof, they should not be submerged in water. This includes avoiding wearing your watch while swimming, bathing, or diving.
• Prevent Impact: Treat your watch with care. Avoid dropping it or striking it against hard surfaces to prevent damage to both the exterior and the internal mechanism.
• Shield from Magnets: Keep your watch away from strong magnetic fields which can affect its timekeeping abilities.
• Battery Care: Ensure that the battery is replaced by a professional to avoid damage. Do not let the battery deplete completely.
• Clean Regularly: Gently wipe your watch with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
• Chemical Exposure: Protect your watch from exposure to chemicals, solvents, and gases that can deteriorate the case or seals.
• Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, which can affect its function and longevity.
• Proper Setting: When adjusting the time or date, follow the instructions carefully to avoid internal damage.
