If we deliver a product to you that was purchased by someone else, we will process your contact details as provided by the purchaser.

Purchases

Purpose: To fulfil our contractual obligations when you purchase watches, accessories, watch bands, gift cards, or other goods and/or services.

Legal ground: Necessary for performance of the contract with you (Terms of Use).

Direct Marketing

Purpose: To provide news, invites, and offers as requested. Our direct marketing may be based on profiling using your gender, location, previous purchases, website behaviour, and prior engagement with our marketing.

Data collected: Any data collected in connection with a purchase, e-mail address, location, communication history, order history, and website interactions via email links.

Storage period: Data is erased upon opt-out or after 30 months of inactivity, unless another legal ground applies.

Competitions and Events

Purpose: To communicate with participants, verify eligibility, and distribute prizes in connection with competitions, lotteries, or events.

Storage period: Erased within three years after resolution. Sensitive data (ID, health data, bank details, etc.) is erased immediately after resolution.

Customer Experience Surveys

Purpose: To gather feedback on your experience with our website, products, or service. Participation is voluntary.

Repair Service

Purpose: To fulfil our contractual obligations when you use our repair services.

Data collected: Identity (first and last name), e-mail address, delivery address, order information, credit card information, payment reference number, and product photos (if requested).

Legal ground: Necessary for performance of the Repair Service contract.

Storage period: Retained during the contract term including the statutory warranty period of three years, then erased.

Checkout Reminder

Purpose: To remind you of an uncompleted purchase if you have provided your e-mail address during checkout.

Data collected: Any details entered in your shopping cart (see "Purchases" above).

Legal ground: Legitimate interest in reminding you of your uncompleted purchase.

Storage period: Erased within one month after the reminder, unless another legal ground applies. Opt-out by contacting dataprotection@rodericogiuliani.com.

Browsing

Purpose: To improve our website and for marketing purposes.

Data collected: IP address, cookie-generated data (clicks, page views, time spent, products viewed, orders, average order value).
